Solutions By Design II, LLC to continue to support Social Security Administration Application and Development and IT Support Services
Vienna, Va. – May 31, 2017 – Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) is pleased to announce it was awarded a task order to continue to provide Social Security Administration (SSA) with Application Development and Information Technology Support Services (APP Dev and ITSS). SBD provides technical Systems modernization, maintenance, application development, and administrative user support to SSA’s electronic programmatic instruction system called PolicyNet, the agency-wide system and web portal.
PolicyNet delivers instructions and program policy content to every SSA and Disability Determination Services (DDS) employee in offices across the country. This program policy content is essential to the processing of all disability claims for 8.8 million citizens, totaling $10.9 Billion of Social Security’s $59 Billion in 2014. SBD works closely with SSA to gather and develop requirements to enhance the current technical environment within the SSA-wide system and Web Portal while providing technical system operations and maintenance.
