Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) is a
proud prime contractor for SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-e) zones 1 through
6. SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, and more cost-effective means
of contracting for professional support services.
Our Team currently provides professional services
to numerous Navy and other DoD clients primarily focused in three major
areas: (1) Information Technology, (2) Systems Engineering and (3)
Life-Cycle Support. The following section of our proposal
will present our depth and breadth of experience providing the types of
support services for which the Virtual SYSCOM is soliciting.
