Solutions By Design II, LLC continues support of U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection Purchase Card Program
Vienna, Va. – September 22, 2017 – Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) is pleased to announce it was awarded a task order to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection Procurement Directorate (CBP) Purchase Card Program. SBD provides support for the full scope of services including training, account setups, maintenance, account closures, and tracking for the Procurement Directorate (PD).
CBP instituted the Purchase Card Program in 1991 to meet the mission-related needs of the agency in a streamlined more cost-efficient manner. Information technology tools such as mainframe, client-server, and web-based systems have become critically important in the administration of the card program. Under the contract, SBD provides Purchase Card Help Desk support, systems support, data entry, clerical assistance as required by CBP’s Purchase Card Branch in Indianapolis, Indiana.
