Our Staff are Our Business
We honor our commitments and never fail our customers!
We strive to continually innovate and elevate our performance!
We do what is right and fair and conduct ourselves with accountability, integrity, and honesty!
We have humility and are considerate and professional in all our dealings!
"The future depends on what you do today." –Mahatma Gandhi
SBD is a company built on strong ethics, hard work and respect. Our values are baked into everything we do. Every role is essential to the continued success of our organization.
A common theme with members of the SBD Family is that our employees are not just a number...they are a name, an individual, a voice...anything but ordinary. We are looking for new employees who are collaborative and customer focused; however, a true SBDer is someone who wants to not only deliver for their customer, but who wants to grow with our company.
Alongside our dedicated leadership team, we encourage our employees to define their goals for career growth. You are responsible for your own future, and we want to help you achieve it.
Join the SBD Family and be extraordinary with us.
Supporting Our Veterans
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." -John F. Kennedy
As a Veteran-Friendly Employer, SBD appreciates the effort and sacrifice our Veterans have made for us. We love to give back to our veteran community as much as possible, and one of those ways is through employment. Members of our experienced recruiting team hold SHRM Foundation’s Veterans at Work certification, and SBD is a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Certified Organization.
